• Unit holds and dispenses 600 c-fold, 800 multi-fold, or 1100 single-fold paper towels
• Dispenser, door, frame, 12 gallon waste container, and cabinet shall be fabricated of type 304 stainless steel alloy with visible surfaces being satin finish
• Door is fabricated of double-pan construction with fiberboard filler and is attched to cabinet at side with full length 3/16" diameter stainless steel multi-staked piano hinge and is closed with a tumbler lock
• Waste container has hemmed edges for safety and is retained by timbler lock
• Paper towels are manually withdrawn through dispensing slot
• Locking compartment and receptacle retainer prevents unauthorized access or removal
